Hailey

Hailey brings a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a deep love for the outdoors to our team. Her background reflects a strong commitment to service, problem solving, and hands-on work that makes a real impact.

Before entering the trades, Hailey volunteered with AmeriCorps and NCCC, contributing to environmental conservation projects including surveying beaver habitats with the Grand Canyon Trust and helping close over 10 miles of illegal roads and trails to protect natural ecosystems.

She began her professional trades career as a Chief Building Engineer, where she spent six years managing building systems for a pediatric company and a historic hotel in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. That experience gave her a strong foundation in mechanical systems, preventative maintenance, and high-level facility operations.

Hailey later focused her career in the plumbing trade, where she continues to grow her expertise and deliver dependable, detail-oriented service to our customers.

Outside of work, Hailey is a proud mother to her son, Landen, who is already following in her footsteps with a love for the outdoors and adventure.
