Bushra’s Promise is proactive care that keeps your system healthy all year, so you’re not waiting for something to break.
We started Plumb Vine after years at a large plumbing corporation. We’re grateful for what we learned there, but we also saw that in big companies customers can feel like just another number. We wanted to build real relationships, earn trust, and offer a level of care that goes beyond simply fixing a pipe. Service is a mindset, not a task. That’s how we show up every day.
Member or not, a licensed plumber visits, diagnoses the issue, and walks you through exactly what’s needed. No pressure, no upsell. You approve the price first, and you’ll know the full cost before we touch anything. If we’re not upfront first, you take $75 off. When the work is done, we clean up after ourselves and follow up a few days later to make sure everything is still right.
We offer same-day service for most calls in the Greater Phoenix area. If you reach us by early afternoon, we can typically have someone out the same day. For non-urgent work, we’ll get you scheduled within 24 to 48 hours and confirm your appointment window by text.
